Bill Hulbig is the founder/President of COTUIT CAPITAL,LLC, - an investor in early stage development companies across a wide variety of disciplines.
Hulbig was formerly the founder/CEO (35 years) of MicroGroup, a prominent supplier of miniature, precision, metal components for the medical device industry. He created rapid and sustained growth for MicroGroup during his tenure by leveraging innovative marketing approaches: thus, they were a pioneer in applying direct marketing to high technology manufacturing. He sold MicroGroup to private equity firms in both 2001 and 2005. During the same period, he founded several other unrelated businesses.
Although Hulbig is a mechanical engineer (BSME, Stevens Institute of Technology), he is best known for applying engineering analysis techniques to sales, marketing, and strategic planning in the fields of technology, consumer products, media, and software.
Hulbig currently holds positions as CEO/Board Chairman (Wholesale Fashion), Advisory Board Chairman (Internet), and two Board Seats (Beverage, Telcom).
